“Let me Claude that.”

That phrase didn’t exist six months ago.

It’s how we start half our conversations now.

About a month ago we started running Claude Code deep into our development workflow at GoLocalApps. Not as a search tool. Not as a writing assistant. As a development partner.

Here’s what actually changed:

Projects that used to take weeks now launch in hours.

Case in point: IsItBanned.com — a tool tracking banned books across the US. Built almost entirely via text message while traveling. No desk. No terminal open. Just a phone and a development partner that doesn’t sleep.

Our server bills dropped.

Claude Code found optimization opportunities we’d been too busy to chase. Money back every month.

We replaced paid SaaS subscriptions with tools we own.

Recurring costs we’d accepted as the cost of doing business? Gone.

We build native apps, websites, and AI-based projects for clients in tourism, retail, and hospitality. The turnaround our clients see now looks like magic from the outside.

It isn’t magic.

And we’re just getting started. We’re deep into a new generation of travel apps that we think will genuinely surprise people. More on that soon.

Google answered questions.

Claude thinks through problems with you.

The phrase hasn’t caught on publicly yet. But the behavior has. Early adopters always move before the language does.

We’re moving.

Building something? Curious what this looks like in practice? Reply or DM — happy to show you.
